It took three tries and two tows to address the problem with our new Buick. We hope this latest "fix" by replacing the basic radio/ menu screen is a final solution. Two batteries were burned up by the malfunction of the computer screen.
Taylor was an all star. I purchased a brand new Terrain and it ended up having a faulty battery which caused a huge inconvenience and concern for all. Taylor was quick to step up and take lead to resolving as quickly as possible with the Service Center, reassuring with confidence it would be fixed in a timely manner. I had no waiting around for a rental and he kept the flow of communication going, even on his day off! I was disappointed the car had a mechanical flaw but very pleased how professional and with a sense of urgency Taylor exhibited. I would certainly reference Taylor to a friend or family member to purchase a car at McGovern. The customer service after you drive a car off the lot is next to none.
I noticed a strong fuel odor in my Yukon and brought it straight to McGovern Buick GMC for service. I did not have an appointment and the service department was fantastic. They provided me with a loaner vehicle and worked on my Yukon throughout the day. Turned out to be a pretty involved project, which was all covered by my extended warranty.
