My experience has always been good with McGovern. They are having an issue in pinpointing the problem with my check engine light and why it continues to come on. Throughout the process Steve has been nothing but nice, albeit perplexed by the problem. The techs have been great in trying to figure it out as well. I hope I get some resolution soon, but in the end, the service and work has been impeccable.
My 2010 Lucerne required a part that had to be ordered and as a result I had to wait an extra unplanned day before getting it back. To my surprise when I picked up my vehicle it had been washed, waxed and even had some scratches buffed out. My car is running great hasn't looked so good in years. Thank you!
Dealer has very knowledgeable technicians and they are very good at diagnosing any issue in the vehicle. They provide details about the problem and best solution to fix the same. My Buick had engine check and ABS lights ON. I was taken care by Joie Mullen who was really good at giving me estimates before the fix was given to the problems and provided me with precise recommendations.
Joey was great to work with. I was in total shock when it cost me thousands of dollars! I am still trying to get over it. I would probably go to another place next time because I think I would not have had such a huge bill.
I went in because my Check Engine Light came on. They fixed it, but when I left the dealership it came back on, so I turned around and went back. They fixed again, but when I got home the light came on again. I returned it a couple of days later and they were baffled. They kept my car overnight and gave me a rental. The technician (Anthony) drove it home to see if it would happen again. I realized at the end of the day they had my house keys, so I called and of course Anthony had left for home to Brookfield with my car. They contacted him, he pulled over and they sent Yarnell to pick up my keys and return to dealership. Without that service, I don't know where I would have been staying that night (probably a hotel). I picked up the car on Monday and everything seems to be running great, the light hasn't come on again. The entire staff including Steve my Service Advisor were great and very responsive especially with the key issue. Thank you for always having great service and getting to the bottom of the problem.
