It’s always a good experience. One item that I think would help push your service over the top is to wash and clean the cars during service. My wife’s car dealership performs that service free of charge and it’s an added benefit of getting work done on your car.
Your service is great. But GM keeps sendind me coupons I can never use. I just had a synthetic oil change and I think I saved a dollar. REALLY!!!!! I spend thousands of dollars on your vehicles and this is the best you can do.
Although I typed into the App all the items my vehicle needed and the appointment reminder email from McGovern also showed each item; when I dropped off my vehicle the service advisor only could see 1 item being the oil change. So I had to provide each item again. Charged for service because the vehicle was 100 miles out of warrantee was a bit silly. Overall typical dealer service.

I returned my vehicle within the 3 month time frame that I bought it to repair some things that I noticed. They repaired them with no issue. I truly appreciate the sales manager for authorizing those repairs. From the sales team, finance team and the service team, everyone was truly professional and respectful.
I brought my car in with an electrical issue that did not store a code in the system. They continued to look for the cause and found a loose ground wire that could have caused the issues I had happen and tightened it.
